In perioada 22 – 25 aprilie 2010 va avea loc la Iasi sedinta Comisiei Relatiile operatorilor cu utilizatorii si mass-media, organizata cu sprijinul logistic al Comitetului Teritorial Moldova si avand urmatoarea ordine de zi:

1. Necesitatea utilizarii contoarelor cu transmitere la distanta. Avantaje si probleme.

2. Analiza gradului de incasare a facturilor emise reprezentand serviciile furnizate de catre operatorii de servicii publice de alimentare cu apa si canalizare.

3. Facturarea individuala – puncte tari si puncte slabe.

4. Migratia spre mediul online, o alternativa in comunicare.

5. Povestea reconstructiei unui site.

6. Evolutii in presa maramureseana.

7. A-PORT – Portal pentru masurarea gradului de satisfactie al utilizatorilor.

8. Puncte de vedere referitoare la acte normative publicate pe site-ul ANRSC.
